Clifford Chance launch flexible working commitments

The pilots are part of the firm’s commitment to having a more flexible approach.

They are being launched under the umbrella “Clifford Chance Choice”.

  1. 2 months unpaid leave

Starting from this week, the lawyers who are eligible will be able to apply for two months unpaid holiday during the 2019/2020 financial year.

London-based associates and senior associates in the finance; capital markets and TMT teams will be given the option, as well as lawyers in Spain, Italy and Istanbul.

2. Alumni Lawyers can contract back to CC 

Clifford Chance equally launched a second pilot programme aimed at welcoming back alumni of the firm.

Ex-lawyers with the right skills-set will be able to apply for projects, with often the option to work remotely.
