Contax Law will review your assignment, vet the lawyers in the pool, submit suitable candidates for your approval, be responsible for all billing and payment for those lawyers and continuously monitor the relationship for quality and suitability.
We are committed to a quality offering, acting as stewards and supporters of our pool lawyers. Our quality filters are a combination of having the right people in the first place, effective due diligence and a formal interview process carried out by legally qualified professionals. We furnish our lawyers with city rates of pay; a supportive community promoted by our dedicated client and lawyer relationship managers; and legal resources provided by Lexis PSL.

Contax pool lawyers
Our lawyers work under terms & conditions with Contax Law (available on request). They are subject to SRA regulation (confidentiality, conflicts etc.) and we ensure they have a current practising certificate as required.
Contax Pool lawyers operate within a personal services company (PSC) or umbrella company structure and provide their services via Contax Law. We ensure that our lawyers comply with all of your systems regarding HR, time recording, quality, compliance and behaviour.
The Contax Law community was conceived to fully support our pool lawyers at all times. In addition to a dedicated relationship manager monitoring their career ambitions and progress during assignments, our pool lawyers are given access to numerous benefits to enhance their professional skill sets as well as personal well-being.
Among these activities include seminars and presentations related to their particular specialisation but also sessions concerning their life as a consultant, including technical topics as well as advice on controlling their time, nutrition or managing stress. Access to Lexis PSL and a precedent bank is also provided as standard.
Contax law organises regular networking opportunities in addition to the option to educate themselves. Our website includes a back- end community space where they can discuss their experiences, assignments and advise each other.
Our community concept encourages strong relationship formation. As flexible lawyers often feel that they are on their own and do not get the chance to help their colleagues grow we have introduced a mentoring scheme, this allows them to overcome this problem and gain or provide support to colleagues.
The Contax Law community is there to fully support our lawyers at all times. While a Relationship Manager takes care of their career progress, assignment allocation and any other requests they might have, the community will provide them with outstanding opportunities to constantly learn and expand their skill set.
